At Algorithmtrading, we are committed to delivering high-quality website development services that meet and exceed your expectations. We understand that investing in a website is a significant decision for small businesses, and we want you to feel confident in your choice to work with us.

2. Nature of Digital Services

Our website development services are customized digital products created specifically for your business. Unlike physical products, digital services cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once work has commenced. However, we have structured our process and policies to protect your interests and ensure satisfaction.

3. Project Phases and Cancellation

Discovery Phase (Days 1-3)

During the initial discovery phase, we gather requirements and create project specifications. If you decide to cancel during this phase, you will receive a full refund minus the initial consultation fee of $150. This covers the time our team has invested in understanding your needs.

Design Phase

Once we begin creating mockups and designs for your approval, cancellation will result in charges for completed work. If you cancel during the design phase, you will be charged 50% of the project fee, and you will receive all design files created up to that point.

Development Phase

If cancellation occurs during active development, you will be charged 75% of the project fee. You will receive all completed work, including design files and any functional code that has been developed.

Final Review and Launch Phase

Once a project reaches the final review stage, the full project fee is non-refundable. At this point, substantial work has been completed, and we are ready to launch your website.

4. Revision Policy

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds:

Starter Package: 2 rounds of revisions
Professional Package: 3 rounds of revisions
Enterprise Package: 5 rounds of revisions

Additional revisions beyond the included amount can be requested at an hourly rate of $75. Major scope changes will require a new project proposal and additional fees.

5. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that your website will:

Function properly on all major browsers and devices
Meet the specifications outlined in our project proposal
Be delivered within the agreed timeline (subject to timely client feedback)
Include all features promised in your selected package

If we fail to deliver on these guarantees, we will work at no additional charge until the issues are resolved to your satisfaction.

6. Post-Launch Support

All packages include one month of free support following website launch. During this period, we will:

Fix any bugs or technical issues at no charge
Provide training and documentation
Answer questions about website management
Make minor content updates (up to 2 hours of work)

7. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund based on the policies above:

Submit a cancellation request in writing via email
Allow 3-5 business days for review
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

Domain name registration fees
Hosting setup fees and subscription costs
Third-party service fees (stock photos, premium plugins, etc.)
Custom photography or content creation services

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our services or have concerns about project progress, we encourage you to:

10. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success and avoid delays that may affect refund eligibility:

Supply all required content, images, and materials promptly
Respond to questions and requests for clarification
Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule

Delays caused by lack of client response may result in extended timelines and may affect refund eligibility.
